Springtime in Arizona paints the landscape with California Poppies. Famed for it's blankets of color, the season varies between years as moisture from snow or rain is needed to allow the dormant seeds to produce. The petals open during the daytime as the sun shines which also means wind and breezes making for a true adventure in photography.
